A virtual graphic card for playing high definition games on your non graphic card pc..
Hi friends,i have heard a lot of my friends saying that they are unable to play high resolution and high definition games on their pc and told that they are on a low budget to buy a graphics card.Here is a solution for that:There is a software named 3-D analyzer available in the internet which acts as a virtual graphics card for playing games.
You can enter the graphic card needed from the 4 available graphic cards available and then you can get the attributes of that graphic card..If fine tuned,you can play games at the range of a 128mb RAM virutal graphic card on your non graphic card pc.
Note:Graphic intensive games,that requires atleast 512Mb of graphics memory can't be played through 3d analyzer if you don't have a graphic card,but you can try running it if you have a 256/128 Mb card.
STEPS FOR USING THE 3-d ANALYZER SOFTWARE:
*First download the file from here
*Then extract that software and open the software
*Then,select the exe file of the game that you want to run
*Choose the select option
*Then you can choose the attributes the options you require to play the game
*The attributes may be pixel shader or disable rendering in the game or emulation or some other options specified
*Then,Enter the device id and the vendor id for the graphics card you need from the available graphics card on the right.
*I would suggest the ATI Radeon 9800pro to run most of the games like FIFA 08/09 or prince of persia Two Thrones/Sands of Time
*Then choose the run option and then i assure that the game would run for you at a decent/playable speed.
Note:1.If it shows any error that a file is not found pls reinstall the software.
2.If the screen turns black/blank then play with the options in the s/w, by Trial and error method,if fortunate,may be,you'll be able to run your favorite game.
3.If pixel shader/shader version x.x not found,then select the appropriate shader model and run the game.

Yeah,the virtual graphic cards cannot provoide similar rendering as to that of the Ordinary graphic cards,but they can play and give minimum rendering some games such as fifa 09,assasins creed on non graphic card pc's..

Yeah,you can play fifa o9 with the minimal graphical settings and you can select the disable pixel shaders option along with the nvidia attributes to make it run..Give it a try.

Try setting the correct graphic card settings using the 3d analyze software(disable the pixel shaders and anti aliasing),if still the game is not working,Try to upgrade your ram to DDR 2..

@abhi you can play with 1gb ram but you should increase your video memory from 32mb to 64 or 128 mb to play it better..You can change your memory size at the bios settings during windows startup..
@charles I think fifa 11 requires 2gb ram for a decent game play,however you can try it with 1.5gb ram with the pixel shader v2.0 and with Nvidia graphic card set...Try increasing your video card memory settings at bios startup..

@akhil select the .exe files of your fifa11 game and then select the graphics card you require and make a tick mark on the attributes needed for you to play the game and then select run to play the game..

@ gagan did you set the game resolution to minimal graphics mode,if you have done that and still have the problem then try increasing your video buffer memory size to 256mb...

@surya yeah you can play,but you would lag in performance..Lower versions of pop would run with your config..
Try setting the pixel shader 2.1 and textures and shadows off with ati graphic card values and run the game...Hope it works..

@ ranit you have resolution/graphics problem...Please set the game to the lowest resolution at the config settings option inside your game directory or else in 3d analyzer set the emulate,force max pixel shader,disable textures and disable lighting and rendering...
@ Danish set 64mb as the graphics memory size and in the 3d analyzer check on the emulate,force max pixel shader 1.4 and then disable textures and set the graphic card attributes(device and vendor id) to Nvidia geforce fx

I have intel core 2 processor with 2.86 Ghz and 2 GB ram and on board graphic card with 128 MB but i can't play nfs hot pursuit i use 3d Analyzer but it not work. @ chirag As nfs hot pursuit has heavy graphics requirements due to its realistic textures,you need a graphic card to play that game and 3d analyzer won't be much useful in this case...Yeah you can play it easily if you buy a 1gb graphic card and you can play many other high graphic games at ease if you have a gf...
@Badal you have really good config,but as gta 4 is graphics intensive,im sorry you really need a graphic card to play the game with decent graphics..But you can try to lower the in game resolution with textures set to low and the graphics options at minimal..Give it a try..Hope it solves your pblm..

@Sreehari I doubt whether you could increase the graphic quality from 3d analyzer...It can be only used to emulate and run a graphic card supported game in an ordinary game pc...Any way you can increase your vram memory from the bios settings->advanced settings->video buffer memory and you can keep it to max...:)

@ raj hey,try to change the graphic settings inside the game as keeping the textures to low and details to low and resolution at lowest..It may help you...Otherwise in 3d analyzer,you can set the skip pixel shader v1.1,diable textures,rendering and lighting....:)

@bird yeah you can play,but with flickering and sometimes it crashes..
@vaibhav please select the force pixel shader v2.1 and select high precision pixel shader..but your ram should be 1gb or higher to play fifa 11..

@pankaj hey it surely needs a graphic card of atleast 256mb..ur ram is decent..But its a too graphic intensive game..So you can't play the game

@ankur if you have pretty decent speed that doesn't meant that all games would work..Some games require extra graphics that the intel graphics can't provide..That's the functionality of graphic card..COD 4 can't be run in your config..Try COD2 world at war..Laptop's size doesn't affect graphics and games performance...

A game requires pixel shader and vertex shader. I was able to cancel the pixel shader using 3d analyzer and run, but how to cancl the vertex shader? there is no option for cancelling the vertex shader.

I want to play Bully Scholarship Edition on my Intel 945 motherboard with no graphic card. Bully require 3.0 pixel shader support and says "Bully requires a 32 bit display, and vertex and pixel shader model 3.0 support". Although my graphic is already setup to 32 bit. Okay so you may or may not know about the intel graphics situation with bf3. The game does not start no matter what if you have integrated graphics even with good everything else. Could i emulate a nvidia/ati graphics card with this and play it?

It doesn't working.........i have a good config pc but unable to start prince of persia sands of time though other parts r running properly.......using 3d anlyzer when i start the game it gives error.....funny fact is that when i start the other games that run properly in my pc it gives the same error.........? :p

The simple thing with this is you can play those games if u're missing any properities of a game such as pixel shader or textures or ... and clearly saying that it's not a substitute for the actual graphic card..But you can play games such as FIFA 09,Prince of Persia Two thrones/sands of time,NFS carbon,but if u have a decent RAM,then u can try playing the mild graphic intensive games by selecting diff settings in the s/w,but surely not with Hardcore graphic games..Happy Gaming..:)

@all you can try to play GTA 4/Assasins creed 2/Saints row/Prince of persia Sands of time/Call of duty 3 and above,only if u have a lesser config Graphic card,but if you don't have a graphic card U can't run these games for sure,as these are Graphic intensive games..

@human if you have pixel shader error then download swift shader v3.0 and copy it in ur game directory and it will run..Tested by me with 3 games..3d analyzer has only pixel shader up to v2.0 and current day games require 3.0 version..Happy gaming..:)

@Ramesh, You can play NFS:MW without 3d analyzer, you just put the resolution into the lowest resolution, and in video settings press 2, set all of these settings bars to the left side.

We need to support you man. I suggest you install a donate button so sharp minds like yours can go on spicing the world.
And you all asking whether this yadda game, yiddy that can be played, TRY first. Tweak as Arjun has advised on the initial instructions and all will be fine. Infact, the games are running sooo very smoothly i am surprised I never learnt about this app ages ago!

I HAVE INSTALLED FIFA 10 AND NFSMW PROPERLY WITHOUT ANY TROUBLE. EVERYTHING IS WORKING FINE UNTIL I START A MATCH(IN FIFA 10) OR A RACE(IN NFSMW). THE PROBLEM IS VERY WEIRD.
THE GRAPHICS LOOSES ITS COLOUR AND TEXTURE. IT SEEMS AS THE GRAHICS GETS BURNT LIKE IN A DAMAGED LCD. BUT WE CAN STILL PLAY WHICH OFCOURSE DPOESNT LOOK GOOD AT ALL. IT AFFECTS THE EYE. GENERALLY THE COLOR IS ONLY BLUE AND WHITE.

Dear @prince. I have also expierenced this situation. Usually games run quite slowly and hang when you play them on laptop. So if you are planning to do so make sure that the RAM and processor speed is high. But most grapgic card games will work. Like Ashes cricket 2009.

My desktop computer is running XP SP3 / Win 7 32bit with an Intel 946GZ Chipset with onboard integrated graphics. I installed the Seven-G 1.03 demo .When I launch the game, I get the "Generic application error... Switching to reference rasterizer..." error message. And this error message keeps popping up even if I click ok.
I tried 3DAnalyze with various settings but no luck.
But after putting the SwiftShader 3.0 dll the game miraculously starts and I am able to navigate the menu screens. After launching a mission,
I get loading textures, ...sky/sea .. 100%. then the game crashes

Hi everyone,sorry,but i can't visit this hub and answer you regularly to your queries,as i have a tight schedule as of now.I will try my best to answer you,if you want settings for any game,pls try playing with the ticks in the s/w and a setting would surely run the game and also try changing the graphic card types.Again telling,GTA 4 can't be run without a GRAPHIC CARD,but lower versions of assassins creed can be run and also up to fifa 10 can be run..and it won't affect ur pc..

I have Pentium 4 on my pc 1.8 Ghz processor so i cant play my Assassins creed brotherhood on my pc i used 3D Analyzer but when i select the exact .exe file and the first Graphics card deviceid and vendor and click at run nothing happens just like when ibwas orignally playing it comes a windowed mode and all blank sometimes it hangs my pc what should i do? hey Arjun, My NVIDIA 512MB card just blew up a month ago. though, I hav 3GB Memory there is no proper rendering. I too tried many virtual Graphics card softwares, but nothing worked to my expectation.
